Warm, peaceful, comfortable, floating in black #velvet darkness; Jared wished he could stay forever. Distant, irritating buzzing.
Not buzzing, voices; worried voices. 
Not velvet, carpet. 
Not comfortable, hard on the side of his face. 
He slowly returned to consciousness.
